Privacy Policy
How CutexLAB processes personal data to operate the service.
Technical diagnostics and private support access
CutexLAB collects limited technical error codes, operation stage, application version, browser family and major version, operating system family, approximate duration, classified cause, exception class, database/HTTP codes, first-party code locations, and a short sequence of operation names with bounded numerical settings to investigate failures. Records may be linked internally to your account and saved project; they are not anonymous. Automatic diagnostics exclude design contents, images, text, filenames, email addresses and credentials. You can disable automatic collection in Account → Security. This preference applies to your account across devices.
The designated owner administrator may inspect saved designs for support through an audited, isolated view. Other users and other administrator accounts cannot use this diagnostic access. Inspection does not modify your project, local draft or export quota. We do not record sessions or automatically upload unsaved designs.
Send diagnostic report lets you explicitly choose to attach a separate copy of your current design, or the design from a failed save attempt when available. That copy may include your images, text and unsaved changes. Attaching the current design is selected by default; you can uncheck it before sending. After a failed image import, you can separately choose to send the original file, filename, failure time, application version and import settings for private support. Sending a failed image requires checking its consent box and pressing Send image. Original files may include embedded metadata. The designated owner administrator can download them to reproduce the problem. Delete your report and attachment at any time in Account → Security.
Technical events are retained for 90 days, voluntary attachments for 30 days and administrator access audit records for 180 days, with daily cleanup. These diagnostic records remain within CutexLAB's Supabase infrastructure and are not sent to Google Analytics or an external monitoring vendor. Infrastructure operators and authorized backup administrators have separate operational access; infrastructure logs and backup copies follow the hosting provider's configured retention and may persist after application deletion. Data we process
We may process account email, authentication/session data, a MakerWorld username you choose to link, redeemed-code and access-tier information, cloud project names and editable project data, assets you choose to upload, export records, feedback messages, newsletter subscription records, and technical/security information needed to protect the service. When paid upgrades are enabled, we also retain the minimum Stripe checkout, payment-status, amount, currency, and customer references needed to fulfil and reconcile your purchase. CutexLAB does not receive or store your full card details. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 processes aggregated visit and engagement data, including country and United States region, page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, downloads, searches, and video activity. CutexLAB's dashboard receives only aggregate reports; it does not link Analytics visits to CutexLAB accounts or expose visitor-level data.
Why we use it
To provide accounts and tiered access, store and restore projects at your request, enforce usage limits, answer feedback, send updates where you have subscribed, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. Consent is used where required for non-essential technologies; contract, legitimate interest, and legal obligation may apply to core service processing.
Newsletter updates
Newsletter subscriptions take effect immediately when submitted. We record the email address, source, consent time, and, when you choose your account email, the associated account. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by writing to cutexlab@gmail.com.
Service providers
CutexLAB uses Hostinger for website and email infrastructure, Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions, Google Analytics 4 for optional aggregate analytics, and Stripe for hosted payment processing when paid upgrades are enabled. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled for the Analytics tag. Data may be processed in locations used by those providers, with applicable safeguards where required.
Retention and rights
We retain data only as long as necessary for service operation, security, legal obligations, or disputes. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent by writing to cutexlab@gmail.com.
Children and changes
CutexLAB is not intended for children where consent is required. We may update this policy and will update this date when we do.
